2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data, particularly the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and system information. This processing provides a secure and stable website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processing in third countries, particularly the United States, cannot be excluded. Where required, Vercel relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Logs are retained only for as long as operational security and troubleshooting require.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the information once the request is completed unless statutory retention duties apply.

4. Dubai opening list

When you join the opening list, we process your email address, sign-up time, confirmation status and technical proof data. Registration uses double opt-in and is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We use Brevo to manage and send these emails. Brevo receives the data required for sign-up and delivery. We retain it until you withdraw consent or the opening-list purpose ends, subject to legal proof obligations. You can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@lomora.de.

5. Cookies, analytics and language

This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies. Language selection is stored in the URL, not a cookie. If this changes, we will update this policy and request any consent required before processing.

6. Social media

Our Instagram and TikTok links are standard external links. No data is sent to these platforms merely by visiting our website. Their own privacy policies apply once you open a link.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Email info@lomora.de to exercise your rights.

8. Complaints

You may complain to a data protection authority. Our competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg, mailbox@datenschutz.hamburg.de.
